Every item is guaranteed to be in Good to Excellent functional condition. While you should expect minor surface wear (light scuffs or scratches) consistent with authentic used hardware, every console, controller, and game undergoes a rigorous diagnostic test before it ships to ensure it works perfectly.

2. 3-Day Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind our 20-point testing process. If your item arrives with a functional defect (such as a hardware failure, disk-read error, or power issue), please notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.

3. Refund Policy

To protect our small-business operations, we do not issue refunds for any reason once an item has shipped.

Our primary remedy for a defective item is a replacement unit of equal or better grade.

A refund will only be granted if we are unable to source a suitable replacement for you within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Shipping & Handling

Because we perform a final "stress test" on all hardware after your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. This quality-check period ensures your gear arrives ready to play.
